On Wednesday 2nd July we held another prestigious event at the Welcombe Hotel in Stratford upon Avon, entitled “Ellipse – Continuing to Meet the Business Challenges”. We discussed how Ellipse can continue to assist organisations in meeting the business challenges they face now and in the future. Significant investments have been made in enterprise systems to support critical activities and companies are increasingly finding that continuing regulatory, internal and external imperatives, are driving a need for evolution in the way Ellipse supports their business.
Areas explored in this seminar included:
Reviewing the Ellipse development roadmap and how it can continue to support organisations in facing ever-changing business challenges
How customer organisations can become involved in, and influence, the development Roadmap.
The event was chaired by Mike Duggan, Director, AMT-SYBEX. Among the speakers for the day were:
Alan Scott, Ellipse Roadmap, AMT-SYBEX, Gordon Sterling, Influencing the Ellipse Roadmap, AMT-SYBEX, Isabelle Haigh, Programme Manager, Planning For Success from National Grid and Bob King, Chief Operating Officer from Toronto Hydro Electric System.
