Our Managed Services offerings began with the provision of second line support, delivered to supplement in-house business support functions, for solutions that we would have written or supplied. Over the years, we have expanded our offering by enhancing our Application Support portfolio whilst adding infrastructure provisioning & hosting, communications network management, logistics management, mobility device and solutions services, business continuity and disaster recovery services; not only for solutions that we provide, but also for our clients' existing applications.

Our approach to developing tailored service portfolios, can include features such as client specific Service Level Agreements, out of hours on-call facilities, and supplier management.

Every element of our service is underpinned by internationally recognised standards such as ITIL and ISO9000, to ensure delivery and governance of the very highest quality are maintained throughout. This governance is provided by a Service Delivery Manager (SDM). The SDM not only manages the day-to-day service, but is also responsible for ensuring the team is aware of the immediate business imperatives of their client. Additionally, at the heart of every provision, the SDM is also responsible for the implementation of a Continuous Service Improvement Program which ensures a quality service delivery that never stagnates, and is aligned with our client business strategy.
