Project Manager
In this role you will be responsible for the management and delivery of projects.
Essential- Ability to manage high value successful projects encompassing IT and significant business change. Line management experience with strong leadership and people management competencies.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience at building strong relationships with senior level clients/customers and stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery
- Experience of deploying formal project management techniques and methods
- Experience of managing a budget and resourcing projects
- Experience of managing multiple parties in the delivery of projects e.g. 3rd party suppliers
- Experience of one or more of the following: ERP/EAM implementations, data management, systems integration, business intelligence solutions. Experience to include full project lifecycle
- Experience of benefits management
- Sufficient knowledge of IT to be able to engage and effectively ensure the delivery of solutions by IT specialists
Desirable- Specific experience of working within in one or more of our clients’ industries
- Knowledge of the business issues and challenges faced by our clients
- Consultancy experience
- Technical (IT) understanding
- Prince 2 practitioner accreditation
- Experience of scoping and defining projects prior to commencement including providing responses to tenders, bid related proposals.
