For these reasons, we regard our independently certified and externally audited Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) as key to our success and one which continuously evolves with the changing nature of our business. Our certification body is the internationally recognised and accredited audit and consultancy provider DNV Certification Ltd.

Quality
Our software development and support processes are certified as being compliant to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 and TickIT standards. ISO 9001:2008 is the International Organisation for Standards’ Quality Management Systems standard and TickIT is ISO 9001 interpreted and adapted for today’s ICT software industry. The company’s quality related certification dates back to 1993, and has continuously evolved and expanded with our business ever since.

Environment
All of the company’s premises are certified ISO 14001:2004 compliant sites. ISO 14001 is the International Organisation for Standards’ Environmental Management Systems standard and the company first achieved environmental certification in 2007.
