Enabling customer switching in the water market with Affinity Marketflow

The open water market for non-household customers has arrived. From today, I & C customers have a choice in terms of selecting the water supplier that can offer the best efficiencies in service delivery and price.

Our leading, market interaction solution, Affinity Marketflow, will be used by Northumbrian Water and Thames Water to manage their wholesale business interaction with MOSL’s Central Market Operating System (CMOS). CMOS will manage all of the electronic transactions involved in switching customers from their current retailer(s) to their chosen provider.

Marketflow, is the market interaction solution of choice for 85% of the British gas market and 100% of the gas market in the Republic of Ireland.

It’s available as out of the box solution for any water business connecting to CMOS.
