This work takes priority over other planned maintenance activities, and integration with the leading automatic scheduling systems allocates the work to the closest engineer with the right skills for the job. Work is immediately despatched in real time to our Fieldreach application. Once the field engineer has completed the work details of the repair are captured against the asset and sent back to Ellipse. This supports our clients’ asset strategy and asset health teams in predicting failures and designing maintenance strategies to mitigate future issues.
