AMT-SYBEX is delighted to attend and present at the Best Practice in Transmission and Distribution in a Changing Environment event as part of CIGRE Auckland.
CIGRE, the Council on Large Electric Systems, is an international non-profit Association for promoting collaboration with experts from all around the world by sharing knowledge and joining forces to improve electric power systems of today and tomorrow. The Auckland event will see leading international experts in the fields of transmission and distribution lines, HV and MV equipment, underground cables and substations in attendance.
AMT-SYBEX will make three joint presentations with Western Power on two days of the event. Karthikeyan Thiagarajan of AMT-SYBEX and Mr Ankur Maheshwari, Principal Consultant, Strategic Asset management at Western Power will present on the following topics:
- 16th Septmber – Lifetime Management: Utilisation of protection and control equipment for circuit breaker wear and residual life analysis – A case study
- 16th September – Transformers: Transforming the management of Power Transformer in Transmission Utility – A case study
- 17th September – Maintenance strategies: Experience in design of an Integrated solution for management of Transmission plant assets
