Veolia Water Three Valleys has been an Ellipse user for some years now, and in November of last year we began a project to implement our FDCS® solution, providing them with Work and Asset Management information to 120 of their field workers.  

The scope of the project was to facilitate the issuing of work orders from Ellipse, capture of completed work order information and provision of asset hierarchy information to remote users.

The user population comprises of workers engaged in the maintenance of above ground assets and they have been issued with either fully or partially ‘ruggedised’ laptops which are also used by other corporate applications.

The first group of users went live on the system on 1st September.
