Responsiveness was the topic of discussion at our most recent client event at the Fire Service College in Gloucestershire. Preparation and data utilisation was a key aspect of each presentation. The ability to capture and analyse data, in real time, enables organisations to prepare and respond to situations quickly and efficiently and in the long run, reduce the number of these situations.
A range of delegates from the essential industries gained insights from speakers representing British Gas, the Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service, Murphy Group, UKPN and ABB. The presentations focused on how to drive customer responsiveness, operational responsiveness, what the future will hold and were followed by lively question and answer sessions.
A key message was made clear by the end of the day; Change is guaranteed, it is how we respond to it that matters.
