Apple Corporation’s Global Enterprise website is currently showcasing the use of iOS devices by maintenance staff within Network Rail. The case study and video features the AMT-SYBEX Affinity Fieldreach product, which plays a key role in enabling Network Rail’s aspiration to create a “Digital Railway”. Fieldreach is the software behind Network Rail’s “MyWork” app featured in the video, which allows Network Rail maintenance staff to receive and complete jobs on the railway. It enables key business processes such as work management, asset management and data capture for over 9,500 (and counting!) staff within Network Rail and since 2014 has facilitated the completion of over 2 million work orders.
