Technical Lead (Agri)

As a technical lead, you will provide guidance, leadership and support within a small, niche team of developers who are developing products at enterprise level. You will understand the needs of each client and ensure that each product is designed to the exact needs of every client.

Not only will you lead this team, but you should also be prepared to code alongside your developers to ensure full consistency throughout. This is the part of the job where you will provide technical mentor-ship and expertise to your team. You will be a well-respected member of this team with full coverage throughout the entire project.

Provide vision and set the direction for the team of talented developers to motivate them, provide guidance and promote a positive culture for the success of the team.
Own the end to end delivery and timeline of features including design, development and testing.

Solutions Architect (Agri)

AMT-SYBEX is looking for an enthusiastic Solution Architect who will be responsible for providing technical solutions to new and existing customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the solution throughout the software development lifecycle as well as working with customers to describe the company’s technology and capabilities to both business and technical users.

Affinity Flow Support Team Lead

We have an opening for a Support Team Lead and are looking for an enthusiastic individual for this challenging position as part of our support team for our Affinity Flow Product Suite (Marketflow, Meterflow and Networkflow). Marketflow is a market interaction management solution used to manage to manage industry processes, and their associated dataflows, for more than 35 million gas and electricity customers. Similarly, Meterflow is used to manage meter data and provide Smart Command Orchestration for the next generation of Smart Meters. Networkflow helps Distributed Network Operators (DNOs) solve the key challenges of optimisation and forecasting demand across the network and generation for renewable assets.

The role will involve managing a team of agents to efficiently and effectively resolve incidents and problems to maintain client satisfaction whilst complying with Capita Policy and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for 2nd and 3rd line Support Services (adhering to ITIL guidelines) for a subset of existing Affinity Flow implementations
  • Work with Clients to ensure high level of service availability and performance of each implementation
  • Work to agreed SLA’s / release schedules as required
  • Report on and discuss Incident / Problem / Change backlogs individually to each Client

    We have an opening for a Support Analyst role and are looking for an enthusiastic individual for this challenging position as part of our support team for our product, Affinity Flow. This is a leading market interaction management solution used to manage market dataflows for more than 35 million gas and electricity customers. It is licensed for use by four of the “Big 6” utility companies in the UK. It is designed to manage industry processes and their associated dataflows in the most complex and highest volume energy markets in the world.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical 2nd and 3rd line support to customers including its users and associated services and configurations;
  • Respond to support calls within Service Level Agreements; ensuring incidents are quickly and accurately logged, closed and analysed to prevent future occurrences, and that incident resolution priorities are met;
  • Maintain communication with customers and internal stakeholders to report on status on incidents;
  • Take ownership of assigned support incidents and escalate issues where appropriate;
