Sales/Account Manager

An experienced Sales/Account Manager with 5-10 years proven success in account management preferably with Aviation industry experience to develop new business opportunities within our existing customer base as well as manage these existing customers.

The role of Account Manager is an important leading commercial position, requiring a progressive thinking approach to managing a broad range of activities in strategic thinking, business forecasting and development, solution selling, commercial negotiation, and contractual assurance.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent industry specific knowledge (Aviation). They will have a minimum of 5 years specific experience of complex solution selling, spanning large scale/enterprise level software licence sales along with the associated implementation, support and managed services.

The successful candidates will be expected to hit the ground running, working closely with the Aviation, marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities, define the market approach and determine and implement a sales plan and campaign to win new business in our existing client base. Candidates will be expected to have experience in generating leads for new sales and also responding through large scale procurement processes such as ITTs and other forms of procurement vehicle.

The role requires worldwide travel.

Implementation Consultant

An experienced Implementation Consultant with Aviation industry experience preferably in a Contracts role.

The role of the Implementation Consultant will involve implementing AMT-SYBEX’s Leasepoint product in a number of new and existing clients. They will be involved in projects from the initial definition of the scope right through to go-live and post implementation support.

Ideal candidate will possess industry experience (Aviation), excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, strong MS Office Suite, self-motivated, excellent communicator. Experience in methodologies such as Prince, AIM, ITIL, of implementing software products from planning right through to go-live is also desirable.

The role requires worldwide travel.
