Alistair has been in the Communications and IT industries since the early 1980’s working for blue chip companies such as Oracle, Vodafone, Nokia and ICL and joined AMT-SYBEX, in November 2018, from Oracle where he spent the last 18 years.
He is an experienced Senior Executive and has led EMEA wide Sales and Consulting teams during his c.25 years in the Industry. These include Applications Sales, Middleware Sales, Consulting & Managed Service Sales, Alliances & Channels sales as well as Systems Integration Solution Sales.
Leonard has overall responsibility for the company’s products.
He has spent his career designing and building software products, working with clients in the Utility infrastructure and energy industries.
Leonard is a Chartered Director, holds a BSc (1st Class) degree in Computing, a diploma in Company Direction, is a LUMA Certified Practitioner and is author of a number of technology patents for AMT-SYBEX.
Mike joined AMT-SYBEX in October 2019 and is responsible for leading the sales organisation and growing the AMT-SYBEX business. He has a background of more than 20 years in sales and has held senior Director roles across several FTSE100, Fortune 500 and SME companies. He has a proven track record of setting up, scaling and growing global businesses in software, technology and outsourced managed services across the Utilities and Fintech sectors.
Will is a Finance leader who has supported senior leadership teams across a variety of sectors and geographies including the Nordics and Europe. He joined AMT-SYBEX in December 2019.
He specialises in finance transformation, change management and systems implementation including SAP S4 HANA with a proven track record of end to end process design and delivering embedded change. He also has an exceptional track record in operational excellence including the implementation of best practice delivery methodologies, project financial and resource management tools, reporting, governance and training.

Laurie has been managing Consultancy, Solution Delivery and Support functions for software organisations for 25 yrs+, holding Director and Leadership roles with global market leading vendors and System Integrators in Europe and the Middle East as well as working as part of blue-chip organisations leveraging value from their enterprise solutions. He has extensive lifecycle experience of developing, implementing and supporting solutions to multi-national Energy, Utilities and other asset centric organisations. He joined AMT SYBEX in December 2019.
Head of Marketing
James joined AMT-SYBEX in July 2019 to drive forward the marketing efforts. He is a well–rounded marketeer with over 20 years of varied marketing, brand, product management and development experience; established in B2B and specifically Utilities sectors. James has worked in marketing for organisations such as npower and Bristol Energy and has been involved in defining strategy as well as implementation; taking new propositions to market and running customer acquisition and retention marketing programmes.
James holds a Marketing degree from Southampton Solent University and has also achieved Membership level with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Chief Operating Officer
Steph has more than 25 years experience in Technology Business Process, managing and transforming businesses with responsibility for driving growth, delivering operational efficiencies, providing excellent services and delighting customers.
With a degree in Management from Manchester University Steph began her career in Infrastructure and communications outsourcing Sales with Fujitsu, then moving into a Sales Management role with Anite’s Public Sector Software business. Joining Capita 17 years ago, Steph moved from Software sales into operational management within Government Services taking on responsibility for the strategic partnerships with key local government partners including Southampton City Council, Swindon Borough Council and West Sussex County Council. Steph worked as an executive leader at a C-suite level with these clients, shaping the Capita teams to provide and execute clear plans for stakeholders to achieve business goals.
4 years ago Steph returned to Software in an MD capacity to manage new business acquisitions, providing Resource Management Solutions, this year she extended her responsibilities as COO for the AMT-SYBEX business focusing on how the operation of the business will support our long term growth strategy and strategic goals.
Head of Development (DDC)
Dinesh Wadhwani, Head of Development for AMT in DDC has been a part of Capita for over 4 years now and has been involved in bringing up the DDC from beginning. He also heads up Education Software Services and IBS business units in DDC. With over 300 people and around 18 products, he is responsible for Software deliveries.
Dinesh has a master’s degree in Management and software engineering and over 21 years of experience in creating, managing and delivering application software. Mainly involved in driving deliveries for web-based products and services. He has worked on a variety of domains like BI and Analytics, Procurement, Banking and Finance, Consumer applications, e-Commerce, Networking, Media, Health and Insurance, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals. He's also worked with various development methodologies and currently handles several projects using Agile.
Chris is a seasoned Commercial Manager with over 25 years’ experience in a variety of industry sectors. Chris began his career in commercial roles within the engineering and aerospace sectors. He then spent 15 years working for EDS/HP/DXC in various IT Outsourcing Services commercial management assignments for government, telco, insurance, consultancy and FMCG clients.
Chris joined AMT-SYBEX in November 2019 and has an MBA from the University of Westminster.

Claire is an experienced senior HR Professional with over 20 years’ experience across a Global health and beauty retail business and Software businesses .
She has a proven track record in professional resourcing, leadership, developing, mentoring and coaching individuals and teams. She brings pace and energy working collaboratively with key stakeholders and teams across a number of businesses.
Claire works with Senior Leadership Teams to shape, launch, embed and sustain the People Agenda across the businesses.
